We provide residential and commercial fence installation, repair, and custom design services. All services are subject to availability and our standard operating procedures. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Olympic Fence Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Olympic Fence Co. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Our workmanship warranty for fence installations is provided separately in your service agreement and is not affected by this general disclaimer.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLYMPIC FENCE CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Olympic Fence Co., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. TERMINATION

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Olympic Fence Co. regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
